Full of warmth, character, and traditional coastal charm, this delightful double-fronted cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or a relaxed seaside getaway.
Set in an elevated position overlooking the stream and valley, Winston House offers a peaceful setting just moments from Sandsend beach, village cafés, pubs, and a local fish restaurant.
Inside, the cottage combines traditional features with comfortable modern living. There are three spacious bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, along with an open-plan farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area. The large family lounge provides a cosy space to unwind, complete with a woodburning stove and bright, welcoming interiors full of character.
Outside, the property enjoys beautiful views across the stream towards the valley, with a front patio seating area perfect for relaxing outdoors. To the rear, tiered terraces and a garden space provide further areas to enjoy the surroundings.

Bedroom 2: A well-presented room comprising of King size bed, wooden bedside tables, drawers, and wardrobe. Luxury chair to enjoy the tranquil views over the stream, valley and towards the sea.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (full size), bedside table with a lamp. Chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Views overlooking the rear garden/ terraces.
Family Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail, and washbasin.
Outside: To the front of the property there is an enclosed patio area.
To the rear there is a patio area off the living room, wooden steps lead up to a flagged terrace and flower bed, sea views from this level, further steps lead up the hillside through the lawned garden.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
