Lounge area: A lovely lounge area to sit and relax with a book or play your favourite board game in front of the wood burning stove, Smart TV, 2 Chesterfield sofas offering the ultimate comfort. Occasional tables, floor lamps and an antique dresser.

Cinema Room: The perfect room for relaxing comprising of a 75 inch wall mounted smart TV with sound bar. Large corner sofa, large coordinating arm chair, wing chair, coffee table, book shelves, antique dresser. French doors leading to tiered patio area with hot tub. The perfect room for relaxing.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.

We are frequent Mulgrave Visitors and always thought Stream cottage was the prettiest in the valley. We were delighted to find it available to rent and it is as wonderful as we imagined. An extremely happy and comfortable here. Our little dog is in 7th heaven long frequent walks and snoozing in front of of the fire. Thank you Mulgrave we will return.
