Sleeping up to four guests across two floors, the property offers spacious accommodation with a contemporary finish. On the ground floor there is a generous open-plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, and downstairs WC. Upstairs, the cottage features a family bathroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
Outside, private patio areas provide a relaxing space to enjoy warmer evenings. Sorrel Cottage is just a short walk from Sandsend beach and the coastline.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom comprising of bath, walk in shower cubicle, toilet, wall mirror and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: A well-presented twin room, offering twin beds, wooden bedside table with reading lamp and chest of drawers. Wardrobe.
Outside: To the front of the property there is a private stone-flagged terrace with garden furniture for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Valley. To the rear there is a courtyard.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
