Parking: Parking is a dedicated space a short walk from the cottage (approx. 50 meters) accessible via steps or a sloped road. please see our location and parking tab for further details

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.

We have been coming to the valley in the wonderful Holly cottage for many years but this year we decided to try Kelowna cottage and we are so glad we did. Beautiful views, so comfortable and cosy. perfectly clean too! Every thing about the cottage is perfect. Th valley is like our second home. Watch out for one of the residential rabbits, ducks and the famous robin. They love birdseed bits of veg. Would also just like to say that Sandsend Stores has everything you will need and the staff there are amazing. Thank you Mulgrave .....Counting the weeks until our visit in October.

Your cottage is beautiful, everything we needed and more. Perfect location with perfect views of the sea. Peaceful and relaxing way to spend a weekend.

What a beautiful cottage!! Comfortable, spacious and in a pretty location. Enjoyed breezy ( but sunny) walks on the beach every morning and lots of cake at Sandside cafe. Lizzie the cockapoo doesn't want to come home. Already enquired about returning in march 2021

We have been making an annual pilgrimage to Sandsend for years in the winter and this week has been as fabulous as ever. Lovely cottage with the treat of a hot tub too. Great after a long walk on the beach. Your standards are high and your service, excellent- thank you! Hopefully we will return next year and would hope to be able to book Kelowna again.
