Entrance: Leading into the lounge/ diner offering a cosy characterful room boasting original beamed ceilings, brick fireplace with a wood burning stove. Bistro style drop leaf dining table and chairs, a large smart TV, a large luxury sofa and wing chair. A lovely relaxing room to unwind in after a day of exploring.

Kitchen: Leading off from the lounge comprising of a newly fitted galley shaker style kitchen, with all the essentials required for your culinary needs.

Stairs from the lounge/diner lead to the large mezzanine master bedroom.

Master Bedroom: Comprising of a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, and bedroom chair. Traditional style shutters add to the charm of this ‘chocolate box’ cottage framing the stunning views overlooking the picturesque village stream.

En-suite: Comprising of a handheld shower over bath, toilet, wash basin and mirror.

Outhouse: Converted into a utility room housing the washing machine. It also has the benefit of a further toilet.

Garden: The cottage enjoys a well portioned enclosed garden with the added benefit of patio table, chairs and bench. A lovely space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
