Entrance: Leading into the dining room a well-proportioned room comprising of a dining table and chairs, sideboard, storage cupboard and stairs.

Kitchen: A fully equipped country style fitted kitchen.

Lounge: Leading off from the dining room a wonderful light and spacious lounge with original beamed ceiling, delightful picturesque views towards the stream and the green. Luxury large sofa with coordinated wing chair. Large smart TV and wood burning stove, wooden tables, and standard lamp. A lovely calming room to relax in with your favourite book and beverage.

Bathroom: Located on the ground floor comprising of a shower over bath, toilet, mirror and washbasin.

Stairs from the dining room lead to:

Master Bedroom: A stylish room comprising of a double bed, wooden bedside tables with reading lamps, chest of drawers, small built-in wardrobes. Rattan easy chair. Views towards the sea.

Bedroom 2: A well-presented room offering twin beds, wooden bedside table with reading lamp, chest of drawer and wardrobe.

Garden: To the front of the property there is an enclosed south facing garden with bench style seating.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.

Eden Cottage is next door to Kelowna which sleeps 4 people, these cottages can be booked together.

Another wonderful week at Eden Cottage in this beautiful Valley. A fantastic end to the summer holidays, weather amazing, lots of swimming in the sea, lovely walks and lots more happy memories made :) Looking forward to next year here already.

This is our first stay in Sandsend, although we have visited before, and it won't be our last. We found the cottage to be very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. A great spot to visit the local area by car and ideal for walking the dog-walking along the beach. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay ( and the lovely sunshine) and hope to be back in the near future. We really loved our week here in Eden Cottage. So peaceful and comfortable. The weather was much better than the forecast which added to our enjoyment. Had a meal at Fish Cottage it was very nice. Enjoyed the Hart Inn very good value for money and had the biggest fried fish I have ever seen. Had a walk in Mulgrave Woods which was very peaceful, we most of our time around Sandsend. We plan to return to another Mulgrave cottage next year.
